We prefer to work with you and your colleagues to help establish the right configuration and determine some 'best practices' for using the system as part of a more interactive training session.

ACT! Onsite Bespoke Training
We
run ACT! training sessions that are dedicated to the specific business
needs of our client. As well as the operation and administration of the
software, we like to build an understanding of how your business uses ACT! and
'orient' the training session to help your staff get the best out of the system
in a way that is appropriate to their individual needs and the needs of your
business.
For this reason, we prefer to provide company-dedicated training rather than 'catch-all' training sessions for delegates from multiple companies.
We would typically prefer to carry out training at your own premises, providing that you can make a dedicated training/meeting room available (we can provide all the necessary Audio/Visual equipment if necessary).
We also provide you with 30 days post training support to assist you with any queries you may have when applying what you have learnt. All BluebirdCRM ACT! Trainers are Certified ACT! Product Specialists.
