BluebirdCRM scoops honours at Sage Circle of Excellence Awards 2011

Blenheim Palace, UK 6TH December 2011: Sage UK, the leading business software and services provider, today named CRM software specialist, Bluebird Sales and Marketing Ltd (trading as BluebirdCRM) as winner of of its coveted ‘Circle of Excellence Award for 2011’.

Sage’s Circle of Excellence recognises and rewards its leading Business Partners who provide outstanding customer service and whose customers are the most likely to recommend them to friends and colleagues. This is calculated using a 'Net Promoter' mechanism, independently verified by the University of Newcastle Business School.

The 'Net Promoter Score', or NPS, is embraced by major companies as a measure of customer loyalty, customer engagement, and future business growth. Net Promoter Scores can range from -100 to +100. Scores of 50 and above are generally considered best-in-class/world-class levels of performance. BluebirdCRM's NPS of +71% places the company in 4th place overall and the top 0.5% of Sage Business Partners.

Bluebird's Will Ingleby and Nicola Gibson receive the Circle of Excellence '2011 Winners' award from Sage UK plc Managing Director Brendan Flattery and Jayne Archbold, Managing Director of Sage’s Mid Market Division.

On presenting the award, Brendan Flattery, CEO, Sage UK & Ireland commented: “It’s a real privilege to present these awards and my congratulations go to all involved. Nicola Gibson Business Award Winner

BluebirdCRM's Nicola Gibson scoops Major Award

Business leaders from across East Staffordshire and South Derbyshire gathered at the Pirelli Stadium to toast the winners of the Burton Mail Business Awards 2010 in November.

The awards have been running since 2005 and returned to the prestigious Pirelli Stadium after a two year absence.

BluebirdCRM’s Nicola Gibson collected the award for Outstanding Young Employee of 2010, one of the most hotly contested categories.

In making the presentation, Directors of Burton College described how they had been impressed with the initiative that Nicola had shown in recognising opportunities for self-development.

By recognising the requirements of the business and aligning these with her own career development path, Nicola had been able to pursue a path of Continuous Professional Development and acquire valuable qualifications in marketing whilst assisting BluebirdCRM in becoming the largest Sage and ACT! reseller in the Northern half of the UK during 2010.

Kevin Booth, Editor of the Burton Mail, told the audience:

Awards director Dave Bryon said: “We have been amazed by the number of responses at all stages of the business awards. “The awards gala dinner event was a sell-out involving 260 businessmen and women from across East Staffordshire and South Derbyshire. “The whole event was a celebration of the success and talent in the area.”

South Staffs & Derbyshire Business Awards

Bluebird Sales and Marketing were named winners of a major business award during a gala dinner at the Pirelli Stadium.

The awards organised by Central Telecom and The Burton Mail, and hosted by BBC Midlands Today's Kaye Alexander were launched in 2005 as a bid to recognise the success and achievements of companies that have helped to drive the economy that Burton and South Derbyshire currently enjoy.

Organisers praised that calibre of the hundreds of entrants, remarking repeatedly how difficult the decisions had been to choose the winners. Judges said "after much deliberation, it was decided that Bluebird demonstrated all the key attributes that the sponsors were looking for".
