ACT! and Sage 50 Integration

Integrating ACT! with Sage 50 Accounts (or Instant Accounts) can save your organisation time, minimise duplication of effort and empower customer facing teams to be more effective.

With the integration component in place, users are able to view the Sage account details of an ACT! Company or Contact within the ACT! database. This includes detailed visibility of the following information in real-time from Sage (on a view-only basis):

  • Sage invoices
  • Sales orders or purchase orders
  • Sage quotations
  • Goods received/despatch notes
  • Communications
  • Projects

Powerful features of the integration component include:

  • Improved workflows as Sage Sales Orders or Invoices may be generated directly from ACT! Opportunities
  • System enables ACT! users to apply any discounts or special terms that Sage Accounts users may have applied to individual customer accounts
  • Import product lists directly from Sage into ACT! for use with Opportunities (using a simple on-screen wizard)
  • Create Sage Accounts Customer records from Company records in ACT! (when a prospect within your ACT! database becomes a customer, there is no need to re-enter all their details into Sage).
  • Import both Customer and Supplier records from Sage into ACT!
  • Integration import enables the creation of both Company and Contact records in ACT! for suppliers and customers.
  • Automatically synchronisation of data changes between ACT! and Sage.
