The development of the ACT! product suite is perpetual. Sage technicians frequently introduce improvements to in-service products (distributed by Service Packs and Hotfixes to which BluebirdCRM can provide access). Developers are also constantly working on additional features that will form part of the next ACT! release (a new version is typically available each September).
There is no requirement to purchase the new release each year, but upgrades are discounted to existing users of in-life ACT! products. Because of our buying power and ACT! Certified Consultant status, BluebirdCRM are always able to offer maximum upgrade discounts, so please contact us to talk through the options.

What's New In ACT! 2012?
ACT! 2012 introduces a number of new features that could save you time and money, and improve efficiency. Some of these enhancements include:
- A convenient, virtual notepad (use with or without opening Sage ACT!)
- Seamlessl integration with Gmail (to view business and/or personal emails sent and received from Gmail within Sage ACT!).
